Role Summary:
As our Digital Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive growth and acquisition for our direct-to consumer channel by leading the strategy and execution of campaigns across our digital and offline acquisition channels. This is a unique role to lead the digital customer funnel for a portfolio of 6 brands, (including Babyletto, DaVinci Baby, Nursery Works, and Million Dollar Baby Classic) each with distinct cohort profiles across a single market.
Reports to the VP of Brand and Marketing.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition marketing strategies across all paid channels, including digital (SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate) and offline channels
- Lead the internal digital marketing team and oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and incrementality
- Oversee vetting and performance of external ad agencies and partners
- Manage the Paid Media budget
- Collaborate with Brand and E-Commerce teams on a compelling growth roadmap to improve traffic and conversion KPIs and on execution of integrated marketing and product launch calendars
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams on asset development for performance campaigns
- Partner with E-Commerce team to ideate landing page experiences that align with marketing campaigns and provide a consistent post-click ad experience to customers
- Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
- Utilize Google Analytics and other monitoring platforms to gain actionable customer insights and develop consumer cohort segments and profiles for each brand
- Partner directly with IT to maintain and supplement other data sources and visualizations of holistic voice of the customer analysis
- Manage 1-2+ direct reports, supporting their professional and personal development
- Hire and develop the team to support our continued growth in paid channels
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in acquisition, digital performance marketing, or related industry with past direct oversight of SEM, display, retargeting, paid social, and funnel optimization
- Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs as well as the digital marketing landscape, trends, and changes in channel and platform regulations
- Management experience is required
- Experience working cross-functionally with different teams: brand marketing, creative, digital product / e-commerce, site merchandising, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization, project management skills
- Highly analytical – being able to tell stories with data and translate number into actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must: VLookup, Pivot Table, etc.,
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Self-motivated, adaptable, able to thrive in a fast changing environment
- Bonus: experience with Shopify, Email Marketing, and/or offline channels (podcasts, direct mail, TV)
