THE ROLE
Golden Hippo is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for driving revenue and improve customer experiences via A/B Testing within our SalesForce CRM custom marketing platform.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Create online sales funnels in SalesForce CRM through record creation and management.
- Increase revenue via A/B tests across post-purchase funnels
- Drive projects across multiple departments, including: Marketing, Video Editing, IT, and Design.
- Constantly improve customer experience through innovations to the post-purchase funnels
- Grow a “play book” for SalesForce record management
- Performs other duties as assigned.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 6 months-1 years experience working day-to-day with SalesForce CRM is required
- Experience in online direct-to-consumer marketing is a plus
- Experience working in SalesForce CRM and understanding of relationships between its components and records. Certification is not necessary.
- Creative thinking; excellent organization skills and high attention to detail; and the ability to buildstrong relationships and exercise excellent follow-up
- Experience creating, implement, and analyzing A/B Testing a must
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to independently organize and implement several multi-step projects at once
- Basic HTML/CCS proficiency a plus
- Must have a robust willingness to learn, support, and actively participate in the growth of the business
- Capable of working rapidly under pressure, individually and in team settings, and possess a lust for the unending demands of the advertising world.
