About the Role: 

Sketchy is looking for a Demand Generation Sr. Manager to develop and execute the Campus Ambassador and Enterprise marketing strategy. As the Demand Generation Sr. Manager, you will help our Customer Success and Sales teams find, engage, and close students/institutions by developing creative and compelling marketing collateral and campaigns. Additionally, you will develop renewal strategies aimed at retaining existing Ambassadors and Enterprise clients. You will report to the Head of Marketing, and you will work closely with the Customer Success and the Sales Director. You will also collaborate with the Marketing Art Director and Senior Copywriter to make the collateral you require. Location: This role is open to remote employees in select US states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified sales leads and opportunities with revenue contribution accountability. You will work across all marketing channels identifying ways to deliver results. Growth is the primary focus for this role and success is based on measurable performance.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support demand and lead generation, and customer engagement and retention for Sketchy’s Ambassador and Enterprise programs. This is the playbook and framework by which all operating procedures will be run.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales leadership to understand student and institutional needs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales leadership to create integrated campaigns across multiple channels, widening the outbound demand generation funnel and filling the customer pipeline.
  • Own creation of all Ambassador and Enterprise marketing collateral, including landing pages, email workflows campaigns, case studies, sales presentations, infographics, and more.
  • Manage all Ambassador outreach and messaging coordination, including distribution of informational decks and webinar invites. Manage all webinar logistics to drive awareness and customers on campus.
  • Control the Ambassador affiliate program to ensure incentives drive Ambassador growth. Moreover, own email marketing of the Ambassador affiliate program, including design and copywriting for workflows.
  • Meet or exceed monthly leads, opportunities, and budget targets
  • Responsible for achieving all demand generation pipeline and sales targets through solution-based, customer-driven campaigns that span paid (SEM, display, social, email) and direct marketing (events, webinar, direct mail, thought leadership.
  • Responsible for strong alignment, communication, and accountability with sales, events, digital, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Be the source of demand gen programs creativity.
  • Own program/campaign performance reports and share insights to the broader team.
  • Manage budgets with the responsibility to track and share progress.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Expert in marketing collateral ownership, including needs, delegation, and distribution.
  • Ability to build and manage successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders including leadership teams, investor networks, C-level executives, business process owners.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - and a love for working in highly cross-functional environments.
  • Superb stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating relationships and prioritizing asks.
  • You have expertise in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems into CRM and other technologies.
  • The ability to think on your feet, and to digest information quickly to determine the appropriate way forward.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologies.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
