Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager
We are looking for a proven Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager who will take the lead in concepting and delivering programs that drive pipeline and customer acquisition.
Reporting into the Director of Demand Generation and working with a cross functional team of marketers, you will devise and execute programs that engage our target market and educate target audiences about FloQast. You are a data-driven B2B marketer who loves to get in the weeds to drive success. You have experience aligning sales and marketing initiatives to build scalable digital marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline. You ask thoughtful questions, have high confidence, team DNA and unwavering optimism.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the execution of marketing programs with the Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Partner, Field and Creative teams
- Develop and execute tactical demand gen plans to support marketing programs using channels such as paid search, email, SEO, display advertising, and content syndication
- Provide the inside sales team with program enablement and education
- Evaluate program performance and optimize the demand gen strategy to increase conversion rates
- Manage agency partners when they are involved in program execution
- Support with "Always On" demand gen campaigns where needed
What You'll Bring:
- 5-7 years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally at a SaaS company
- Experience concepting and executing integrated demand generation campaigns that drive ROI
- Clear understanding of nurture best practices and ability to create supporting programs to move leads down the funnel after initial acquisition through a digital program
- Experience with paid platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
- Experience optimizing landing pages and websites for conversion
- Deep understanding of campaign KPIs, the marketing funnel and MQL to SQL conversion strategies
- Analytical and metrics driven; quickly leverage data to make decisions and optimize programs with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best possible results
- Excellent project management skills with previous experience managing multiple, competing, time-sensitive priorities
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical
Nice-to-Haves/Other:
- Experience with Salesforce, Qualified, Outreach, 6sense and Hubspot are pluses
