Responsibilities:
- Guide the strategic direction for the brand in the B2B space
- Collaborate with the creative, account, and engagement strategy teams on brand and communications strategies
- Mine provocative insights that form the basis for creative strategies
- Develop inspiring creative briefs and briefings
- Participate in new business pitches
- Partner with clients on market research activities
- Mentoring more junior planners
- Provide thought leadership
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years planning experience, the majority not in pharma/healthcare agencies
- HCP experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- Superb and persuasive communications skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at storytelling
- Able to simplify and clarify complex concepts
- Excellent analytical skills
- Collaborative approach
- Strong leadership skills
- Creative thinker
