We’re looking for a Copywriter to join our talented and growing marketing team. As a Copywriter at LP, you’ll help grow our brand to better serve the world’s elite real estate agents by weaving together words to move potential clients through our marketing funnels. 

You'll spend your days learning about the luxury real estate market and the agents who shape it. The copy you create will be consumed by industry leaders at the biggest brokerages in the world. You’ll be counted on to get to know our clients, their personalities and business goals, further shaping their online presence through the stories you and your copywriters depict. 

Furthermore, you’ll work closely with our executive team to create influential blog posts, ads, and e-books that shape how the real estate industry evolves using the innovative technology our team is building. Communicating complex strategies into digestible information will be a staple of your work and a driving force for the growth of our business. In a world saturated with content, you’ll have the tools and support to forge content that stands out.

Is this you?

You’re gifted at:

-Writing creatively, strategically, and executing autonomously

-Creating lead nurturing content with a defined purpose

-Learning new concepts and translating them to novice consumers

-Taking an analytical approach, focused on measurement and growth

-Project Management

You have:

-2+ years experience writing B2B sales and marketing copy

-A solid general knowledge of digital marketing strategies

-Experience writing long-form sales pages, ad copy, and e-books

-An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus)

You command:

-A/B Testing & CTAs

-Collaborating with colleagues cross-functionally

-Design briefs and copy proofreading

-Start-up hustle & teamwork

-Mondays & project management

Our Los Angeles based and founded company has expanded it's reach by hiring employees across multiple states in the United States. We our now a remote-first company indefinitely, but our Santa Monica HQ will always be where everything started.
