Content Marketing Manager
CREXi is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead and grow its content marketing program. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of CREXi’s content marketing strategy. In addition, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to create engaging content, measure its performance and evangelize the content you build across our organization. You’ll build relationships with external writers, bloggers, and communities to help build valuable backlinks to the content you create.

Qualifications
4+ years experience developing and executing content marketing programs
Experience scaling content creation and marketing programs
Experience proactively building links to content specifically optimized for SEO
Experience building relationships with writers, bloggers, and communities to help generate quality inbound quality links
Experience leading content agencies and internal teams to grow targeted traffic to a company
A working understanding of technical SEO best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to leverage data to make content decisions
Ability to leverage personas to prioritize content and successfully deliver against opportunities
Ability to manage a budget and team of writers effectively
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress
What You’ll Do
Identify the strategic direction of content marketing for CREXi, ensuring our content aligns with our businesses’ goals and objectives
Lead all core content activities, including the creation of an editorial calendar and directing a group of content writers and an external agency to increase targeted organic traffic to CREXi’s website
Ensure all content campaigns run within budgets, deadlines and brand guidelines while accomplishing objectives
Proactively use SEO tools to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to help more of our content rank on Google’s first page for inbound keywords
Partner with our analytics team to measure, test and optimize towards our business goals
Manage all branded communications including but not limited to; PowerPoint presentations, emails, web content, social media, direct mail, blogs, print collateral, ads, promotions, flyers, press releases
Create personalized customer content from scratch and adapt existing copy for delivery in our digital products, email, mobile, web, and long-form educational materials
