Campaign Manager/SEM Analyst

If you are a Search Engine Marketing Expert with PPC experience who enjoys problem solving and can adapt to new technologies, please read on! MatchCraft is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to add immediate value to the Campaign Management team. We offer great benefits and a competitive salary. Core responsibilities surround analysis and optimization of our top national and international clients consisting of thousands of paid search campaigns. We have clients in many markets inclusive of LATAM, so Spanish language skills are a strong plus. 

Responsibilities:

The campaign manager will work closely with senior members of the Client Relations and Taxonomy teams. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-day analysis and campaign optimization
  • Working knowledge of our platform, bidding technology, and tracking capabilities
  • Understanding KPI’s and reporting in order to deliver to client expectations
  • Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining SLA’s and processes
  • Ability to research a variety of business verticals, creating keywords, and ad copy
  • Clear understanding and effective communication of SEM best practices as they relate to our solution
  • Proactive optimization and analysis to improve individual campaigns as well as overall client KPI’s
  • Work closely with senior members of the team on reporting, special projects, and tasks when necessary

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge in setting up and managing AdWords and AdCenter campaigns
  • Local PPC experience is desired
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • A close eye for detail with the ability to see how they fit into the overall picture
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience with paid advertising on Facebook and/or other Social networks is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Advertising, Communications majors preferred)
  • Minimum of 2+ years in proven SEM experience and 3 years of customer service experience
  • Must be extremely proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Search or Facebook experience strongly preferred
  • Google Adwords and Analytics Certification required or ability to become certified within 30 days
  • Multilingual a strong plus and preferred (Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese)
  • Experience in digital product delivery
