What we are looking for…

A creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager who will deliver best-in-class marketing via owned and earned channels. This person will use consumer and business insights to identify opportunities for new strategic initiatives and campaign optimizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful results.

What you’ll do…

  • Support strategic brand planning and program development.
  • Develop campaign briefs and partner with creative teams to develop marketing creative that is on brand, meets messaging objectives, and delivers impact.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing strategy.
  • Draft marketing messaging and provide direction and feedback for copy and design to successfully execute on brand vision.
  • Partner with social, partnerships, and growth teams to align content and creative across channels, including social, email, SMS, influencers, etc. 
  • Partner with social, partnerships, and PR team to develop consumer brand activations.
  • Consistently track, review, and analyze campaign performance to report insights and opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 4-5 years’ of experience working in brand marketing with a focus on brand/campaign messaging, content strategy, and creative development
  • Deep understanding of the data and analytics that drive brand awareness and loyalty
  • Passionate about the digital landscape with proven success working with marketing and creative teams to balance brand and performance objectives
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills
  • Ability to initiate, prioritize and drive projects from inception, development to execution and measurement
