In all things we do, we hate normal — in fact, we will diligently avoid normalcy in all of our marketing assets, collateral, and messaging. You will be in charge of improving the consistency of content across every communication channel while owning and amplifying ClickUp’s brand voice and vision.

Our product is unique in that it’s highly customizable - it can be used for use cases ranging from very simple to highly complex. It will be your job to showcase the true value of our platform to any and all segments of visitors or users with transformational design and visual representation of the ClickUp brand.

Get ready to focus on building and designing incredible landing pages, customized email marketing automations, branding efforts, user behavior models and ongoing user education. You love making informed and data-driven plans to drive adoption of product features, while developing marketing plans and strategies with other marketing managers.

The Role

  • Create truly exquisite design for landing pages, email campaign content, ad copy, and social posts for specific market segments.
  • Own our brand voice and messaging to ensure a consistent voice across every platform and piece of communication regarding ClickUp's product.
  • Drive product synchronicity across Marketing, Product, and Design teams to build ClickUp's brand strategy, compelling design and persuasive copy to drive awareness &consideration, as well as adoption, among existing users and customers.
  • Define target buyer and user segments for ClickUp features to drive marketing strategy among targeted marketing campaigns which drive ongoing awareness, preference, purchase and adoption.
  • Develop value propositions, messaging, case studies, and collateral that supports engagement across enterprise and SMB ClickUp teams. You will lead the translation of technology capabilities into impactful brand marketing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Create exceptional, persuasive, and simple messaging and branding.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in brand marketing, brand management, research, or marketing in the software, SaaS, technology, or project management space.
  • Experience with landing page software, design tools, marketing automation, conversion rate optimization and web analytics.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer value using the voice of the customer.
  • Be an excellent and persuasive storyteller by demonstrating success building company and product narratives through ClickUp's unique brand voice.

Desirable

  • Power user with project management software and other productivity tools in order to understand the pain points of our customers.
  • Ability to thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly collaborative environment; and assisting in other marketing, customer support, and company activities as needed.
  • Stay on top of industry trends by attending industry events, monitoring competitors and partner activity, reviewing customer feedback & market trends regularly.
  • Experience with Figma, Hubspot, Drip and Pendo are a plus.
