We are seeking an energetic, results-driven B2B marketing professional with a unique blend of channel marketing, marketing communications and analytical acumen to develop and implement vertical marketing programs in the utility industry and others. In this role, you will create and manage multifaceted campaigns and enable our sales teams with the insights and tools they need to drive results for our clients.  Enervee is a remote first distributed team and our B2B Marketing Director can be located anywhere in the US. You will be working closely with team members and partners located in Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones.

How you will make an impact

Our B2B Marketing Director will become the ambassador for the Enervee brand internally and externally. As part of your day to day, you will develop and maintain positioning, messaging, audience engagement strategies, campaign creative framework, image language, media strategy and campaign assets for our lead generation, branding and event activities

• Develop and  execute a digital cross-platform content strategy that supports business objectives and aligns with Enervee brand values
• Facilitate ongoing content planning and manage day-to-day content creation, to position Enervee in the utility industry and accelerates results of paid marketing campaigns
• Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year across all platforms, including email, web, blog and social media
• Drive targeted paid media campaigns (such as ABM) and set strategic goals around  awareness, demand gen and engagement
• Track all paid media and content marketing initiatives and drive SEO optimization and the impact on keyword ranking and quality score
• Organize and manage webinars and events and drive participation with engaging campaigns
• Create and manage lead gen forecast and present monthly results and analysis for internal stakeholders

What you bring to the team

• 5+ years in B2B marketing roles with focus on content, ideally in technology, fintech or in a B2B agency
• Exceptional  writing and editing skills 
• Experience working with a sales team in Account-Based Marketing Approach and systems 
• Proven success in developing online and offline go-to-market plans, events, webinars and digital marketing including SEM, display, social and email
• Experience with SEO management tools and strategy
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgeting process
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal  skills
