Associate Social Media Manager (Remote - US)

To help tell this story and grow engagement with our B2B and B2C audiences, ourGrowth Marketing team seeks a savvy, high-energy and excellent communicator to be our social media champion. You’ll arrive up-to-date and adept on the latest platforms, technologies, capabilities, and trends, and you’ll work to continuously increase DISQO’s relevance and influence in prioritized channels reaching consumers, B2B customers, employees, and candidates. You’re excited by data and driven to quantify the positive impact of social media on business goals through measurement.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure our social media presence drives high engagement and web traffic with each audience.
What you will do:
● Research benchmark best practices and audience preferences to inform data-driven strategic decisions about social engagement.
● Design and implement an overarching social strategy integrated with DISQO’s internal / external communications plans.
● Establish, obsess over, measure and report on success metrics such as audience growth, impressions, engagement and click through rates to DISQO.com and SurveyJunkie.com to demonstrate the impact of social media on Growth Marketing and company-wide business objectives.
● Own full oversight of DISQO’s and Survey Junkie’s social media accounts, from design to updates.
● Create and post original text, graphics, and video content daily, and make timely, appropriate responses to audience members. Maximize SEO with keywords and hashtags; monitor and report on SEO and web traffic metrics using Google
Analytics.
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and increase engagement, like promotions and competitions.
● Using DISQO’s B2B brand guidelines, create a tone of voice and personality appropriate for B2B audiences (market researchers, brand marketers, agencies, media companies, press).
· Identify, groom, and build relationships with key influencers in the market research space and the advertising industry more generally.
·Respond to followers’ comments and queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews on social platforms.
●Using Survey Junkie’s brand guidelines, create a tone of voice and personality appropriate for consumer audiences who may want to influence brands by sharing their views and behaviors.
· Identify, groom, and build relationships with consumer influencers relevant to Survey Junkie.
· Respond to followers’ comments and queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews on social platforms.
● Collaborate and consult around paid social media advertising and develop bespoke, organic social media tactics to complement paid efforts.
What you bring to the table:
● Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.
● Demonstrated experience managing social media in B2B and B2C contexts with hands-on responsibility for content development and management, and proven ability to drive growth in audience, engagement and overall reach.
● Excellent copywriting skills with writing samples.
● Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
● Solid knowledge of SEO and reporting through Google Analytics.
● Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
● Preferred: ability to create impactful digital marketing materials, including display ads, HTML5 ads, and landing pages using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
● Preferred: experience with content management systems such as WordPress.
