- Ownership: You will have successfully executed display and retargeting campaigns from start to finish while providing significant lift for brand awareness and engagement

What you’ll do
- Perform all duties of campaign management of display media and social campaigns including trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations, monitor budget/impression burn rate and reporting
- Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc. to the client
- Assist with documenting, updating, and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client
- Coordinate with 3rd party media vendors and provide support for media trafficking
- Perform quality checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that each parameter and creative have been set up correctly
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ad ops process
- Coordinate with Design team on creative creation and manage coordination of creative rotation calendar
Who you are
- A self-starter who is detailed oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Outstanding at troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Have basic tag management or ad tag experience
- Passionate about digital marketing and advertising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 1-2 years of Ad Operations experience
- Experience actively working in the programmatic, custom site list advertising landscape
- An understanding of tracking pixels, HTML5 creatives and third-party ad tags
Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado
