What You’ll Do 

Our Account Supervisors are the glue that keeps external and internal communications strong. You are tasked with bringing exceptional client services to our partner brands and agencies each day, always communicating the ATTN: voice and best practices. In order to build trust with internal and external teams, the Account Supervisor must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills including the ability to handle client triage, pitch work, work through timing and budget hurdles, and do so with a diplomatic stance. An Account Supervisor is the organizer who can build trusted, positive relationships while keeping the whole system on track every day. 

We are looking for a passionate Account Supervisor to join our Brand Partnerships team. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and success of daily content to launch a client’s (a household name) TikTok channel. The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for the project, juggling multiple client stakeholders with ease while building upon past experience in the social space.

  • Support Associate Account Director in fulfilling client objectives, ensuring internal teams are working seamlessly to bring the vision to life
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to form joint-communications to keep projects on time internally and with client review rounds
  • Liaise with and streamline communications across multiple stakeholders within the client’s organization
  • Guide communications with clients to ensure feedback is received and addressed accurately, and that the program is meeting client and ATTN: goals
  • Be at the forefront for fires and sensitive matters that may arise while remaining extremely solutions-oriented
  • Have exquisite written and verbal communication skills, along with problem solving and process-oriented solutions
  • Build bulletproof relationships with clients, solidifying their trust in ATTN: 
  • Manage up to Account Director and work with senior management, including COO and Head of Client Services

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience building strong client relationships at a creative agency (preference for social first agencies)
  • Extensive familiarity with 360 social channel development and corresponding analytics and best practices
  • Excellent digital presentation skills
  • Experience with campaign optimization, synthesizing data and guiding strategic decision-making to lead client to optimal KPIs and ROI
  • Experience working with creator talent to achieve best in class content on emerging platforms
  • Understanding of video production and social strategies and playbooks
  • Fluent in social media, organic and paid, and up to speed on the latest trends and offerings on emerging platforms
  • Thrive in a cluttered, fast-paced environment and excels in making sense and action plans out of otherwise murky waters
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to work cross-functionally and wear multiple hats
  • Appreciation for team-based work that requires a consistently even-keeled attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Keen research skills to be able to identify trends and become an expert in client's specific industry
