The Role

We're seeking a Performance Marketing Landing Page Specialist to own the design and technical execution of landing pages for our lead generation campaigns. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves troubleshooting technical challenges, and can bridge the gap between design and implementation.

You'll work with client-provided assets to create conversion-optimized landing pages for performance marketing campaigns, serving as the go-to expert for landing page best practices, platform troubleshooting, and ensuring flawless execution from intake to launch.
You are highly organized, a natural problem solver, and strong communicator that is comfortable troubleshooting potential issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch landing pages in Unbounce with a focus on conversion optimization, message match, and CTA hierarchy
  • Design landing pages using provided assets and our best practices playbook, developed with over 15 years of campaign data and experience.
  • Own the full build lifecycle: intake review, asset preparation, page build, QA, and pre-launch testing
  • Troubleshoot platform issues independently using documentation and code inspection tools
  • Implement forms (Jotform), scripts, tracking pixels, and other technical integrations
  • Ensure responsive/mobile optimization across all deliverables
  • Maintain organized workflows, naming conventions, and QA checklists
  • Serve as internal point of contact for landing page execution questions and best practices
  • Communicate blockers, questions, and status updates clearly and proactively

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience building landing pages.
  • Hands-on experience with Unbounce and Jotform (or similar landing page/form builders)
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for styling adjustments and minor debugging
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile optimization
  • Understanding of form setup, routing, and script placement/validation
  • Experience with code inspection tools for troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of landing page best practices: conversion-focused layouts, CTA hierarchy, message match
  • Familiarity with tracking/analytics implementation (GTM, GA4, pixels)
  • Graphic design skills (Figma, Photoshop)

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary
  • Health, Dental and Vision benefit packages to fit all types of lifestyles
  • Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance paid 100% by the company
  • FSA / HSA Options
  • 401(K) with a generous company match program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (aka- unlimited)
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Hybrid and Remote work schedules available
  • Employee Assistance Program (unlimited free telephonic counseling for a variety of issues such as mental health, financial support, and legal advice)
  • Employee Referral Program

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
