We’re hiring a Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator to support our go-to-market team in a broad, hands-on administrative role. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is organized, tech-savvy, curious, and eager to grow into a marketing, sales, or business development career in enterprise software.
You’ll work directly with senior leaders and have exposure to many facets of our business—including marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, sales processes, and event coordination. We’re looking for someone with hustle, precision, and potential.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to CEO, COO, and CMO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and marketing communications
  • Help organize customer meetings, marketing campaigns, and industry events
  • Support CRM data hygiene and reporting tasks (training provided)
  • Assist in compiling sales enablement and marketing collateral
  • Manage internal tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, etc. — training provided)
  • Participate in team meetings, take notes, and help drive follow-ups
  • Learn the fundamentals of enterprise SaaS marketing and sales through real-world exposure
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent college graduate or equivalent experience; degrees in business, communications, marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • Interest in marketing, sales, or business development
  • A proactive mindset, eager to learn, take initiative, and grow
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or Marketo marketing automation tools
