What you'll do as a Marketing Strategy Manager
- Communicate clear, compelling narratives, both written and verbal, to influence and align stakeholders, synthesizing insights, business goals, and constraints into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and refine customer personas by integrating research insights, performance data, and market trends.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on online casino customers, guiding targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies across campaigns.
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies, including creative execution, messaging, and positioning, to identify opportunities and inform approach.
- Partner with Research, Analytics, and Media teams to translate customer insights into effective campaign strategies and briefs.
- Build a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and broader market trends to inform strategic direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, customer-first strategies across channels and touchpoints.
- Take ownership of initiatives end-to-end, proactively identifying opportunities, driving work forward, and delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, or customer insights within a business-to-consumer environment.
- Experience working with digital or technology brands.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to incorporate new information and act decisively.
- A track record of ownership and accountability, with experience driving work independently from concept through execution.
