Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Provide marketing support to firm leadership in a variety of market sectors.
Lead the creation and be involved in the pursuit strategy of effective, proposals, presentations, and similar documents that adhere to LPA brand standards.
Produce high-quality marketing materials, in terms of accuracy, messaging, content and compliance.
Responses can take a wide variety of formats, from technical documents to artful visual narratives.
Support research of opportunities, markets, and clients. Then synthesize information to support strategic decision-making and pursuit strategy.
Marketing Specialist Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
2-5 years of experience required
A/E/C industry experience preferred
Excellent written, graphic and organizational skills
Marketing Specialist Requirements:
High Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with InDesign everyday fluency required.
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of CRM and digital asset management systems. (experience with Dynamics 365 a plus)
Own the end-to-end pursuit process including the ability to read and understand requests for qualifications, proposals and develop relevant, thoughtful responses.
Broad knowledge and experience in technical writing/editing and business development.
Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
Talent to be creative with a strong attention to detail.

The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $93,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
