The Marketing Specialist leads multi-channel campaigns, develops creative briefs, analyzes results, and supports product marketing strategies in the education sector.
What it is:
The Becker Product Marketing Specialist leads marketing programs and tactics to support the growth of the Becker Exam Review and Continuing Education product lines. This person will support marketing leadership in all aspects of product marketing including strategy, market and competitive analysis, revenue forecasting, creative development and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging both digital and traditional channels. Target audiences are business to consumer and business to business.
What You'll Do:
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns including but not limited to direct mail, print, email and web assets.
- Develop creative briefs, work with internal creative, production, web and email teams to execute programs and campaigns
- Analyze and present results of marketing programs
- Support managers in strategy development, market and competitive analysis, marketing research and product positioning
- Partner with product and curriculum team to identify courses and exam review features to promote in marketing campaigns and collateral
- Develop and execute CPE customer onboarding, engagement and retention strategies
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- Two to four years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Strong leadership, time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze marketing campaigns, data, and present results
- Ability to track and measure major KPIs (key performance indicators)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- B2B marketing experience beneficial
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Extremely detail oriented and acute attention to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing capabilities
- Understanding of marketing and business development principles
- Education industry experience a plus.
