Field Marketing Specialist, United States

AMER Field Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a high-performing AMER Marketing Specialist to support our fast-growing regional marketing activities. This role will focus on the execution of field and channel marketing programs, event logistics, reporting, and general marketing support to drive awareness and pipeline across the region.

The ideal candidate has a background in technology or cybersecurity marketing, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional field events and partner-led marketing initiatives.
  • Provide support to the Field Marketing Team for Regional and Global events, including pre-event planning, at-event support, and post-event follow-up and reporting.
  • Key support for large marquee events, including campaign coordination, meeting scheduling and logistical support, lead pulling and scrubbing, lead follow-up coordination, and general onsite support at the event. 
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to create and promote Torq-hosted events, ensuring cohesive campaigns and strong attendance.
  • Assist in the development of localized marketing materials and assets for both direct and partner marketing activities.
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI, using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Support general marketing administration, including budget tracking, campaign setup, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Partner with the People Experience team to support employee engagement initiatives and the organisation of internal events 
  • Sales enablement support, including managing sales/marketing email signature tool, participating in bi-weekly meetings with the BDR team, communicating field and marketing updates and initiatives, and implementing post-event follow-up touches in Outreach.  

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role within a technology or cybersecurity company
  • A keen learner with a hunger to expand their knowledge and remit
  • Proven experience supporting field or channel marketing programs and events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail, experience in Asana a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

Able to travel nationally and internationally
