As a Brookfield Residential Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of real estate development.

Internship Overview:

Brookfield Residential’ s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our projects and operations. This internship program is open to highly motivated and driven students who are eager to explore the development and residential real estate industry, gain practical experience, and make meaningful contributions to our team. The Summer Internship Program will begin on May 19, 2025 and conclude on August 15, 2025 ,

Team Overview:

The Marketing & Sales Intern is responsible for providing support to the Marketing, Escrow and Sales department. Our intern will gain hands on experience with the execution of all housing and master planning marketing initiatives in the most professional and efficient manner. This position will assist with overall marketing communications and support ongoing project management including coordination of eblasts, flyers, ads, and more as assigned. In addition to Marketing, there is an opportunity to learn overall flow and process of the Escrow process as well as an opportunity to learn daily sales activities and presentations.  

The Marketing & Sales Intern will report to the Director of Marketing and will be based out of the Brookfield Costa Mesa office.  

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • A keen interest in real estate and development.

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.

  • A positive and can-do attitude.

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.

  • Must possess reliable transportation.
