A Snapshot of WFS Group:

WFS is a high performance RevOps agency that installs and deploys enterprise-grade, AI-driven revenue engines and selling systems for our clients. Think of a lead generation based marketing agency…. But focused on sales 🤪Put simply, our clients outsource their sales department to us and we sell their services to help them scale faster than ever before while changing as many people’s lives as possible. We architect entire end-to-end sales solutions by designing custom sales motions, integrating battle-tested systems, developing go to market strategies powered by our proprietary playbooks, and then hiring, training, and managing a highly trained on demand sales force to deploy faster and more predictable revenue engines. The current verticals we serve are the alternative education space that sell transformative programs including everything from business consulting programs, to programs that teach people how to invest in real estate, learn mergers and acquisitions and many many more, along with the software as a service (SaaS) vertical, bringing cutting edge technology products to market. In short, we’re a full-stack RevOps implementation partner that installs full cycle turnkey selling systems for our clients.

Position Overview

Let’s be clear on the mandate: this role exists to ensure WFS’s revenue infrastructure actually gets built, integrated, and executed without chaos, burnout, or missed timelines.

The Project Manager (Rev Ops) is an executive-facing operator responsible for driving complex, multi-week and multi-month initiatives across funnels, CRM systems, revenue tech stack integrations, and account onboarding. This role owns the project map, sequencing, capacity planning, and execution cadence for the most critical Rev Ops initiatives at WFS.

You are not expected to be a sales expert or a hands-on Rev Ops technician. Your value comes from being exceptional at breaking abstract, cross-functional initiatives into executable workstreams and task-level plans, and then running those plans to completion.

You will work directly with the COO and CEO, partnering on quarterly strategic priorities tied to revenue operations. Leadership defines what needs to be built or improved, whether that’s funnel architecture, CRM workflows, system integrations, or onboarding motions. You define how it gets done, translating strategy into structured workstreams, visual roadmaps, detailed project plans and task-level execution that respects real-world capacity.

This is a roadmap-driving Project Manager role. You will sit in executive conversations, visualize multiple initiatives together, manage WPMs, and serve as the central intake and orchestration point for Rev Ops project requests. When initiatives collide, you surface tradeoffs. When scope is fuzzy, you bring clarity. When execution gets messy, you restore order.

If you’ve partnered closely with a COO in an 8-figure business, enjoy building Gantt charts and visual roadmaps, and believe project managers should help shape execution, not just track it, this role is built for you.

You SHOULD apply to this role if…
  • You have experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager

  • You’ve worked directly under a COO or executive leadership team

  • You’ve supported 8-figure (or larger) businesses with complex initiatives

  • You have worked in a high intensity and high growth, sales led company

  • You have advanced project management experience understanding resource allocation and capacity planning along with dependencies & identifying inflection points

  • You are exceptional at breaking initiatives from:

    • Strategy → Workstreams → Milestones → Tasks

  • You have experience building and managing project plans for marketing & rev ops teams

  • You are prolific in project management software and confident bringing your own system

  • You have hands-on experience with ClickUp or Asana

  • You can clearly explain your project planning process, including Gantt charts and roadmap visualization

  • You like seeing multiple initiatives visualized together, not in isolation

  • You are comfortable managing capacity, not just checklists

  • You want to be involved in executive conversations and help drive the roadmap

  • You don’t need to be the expert in Rev Ops to run Rev Ops projects exceptionally well

You SHOULD NOT apply to this role if…
  • You prefer tactical-only execution with no exposure to leadership

  • You wait to be told what the plan is instead of helping shape it

  • You struggle with ambiguity at the start of initiatives

  • You avoid capacity conversations or tradeoff decisions

  • You dislike visual planning tools, roadmaps, or timelines

  • You believe project management starts after strategy is finalized

  • You resist ownership of outcomes

  • You eat your pizza with ranch

Major Roles & ResponsibilitiesAccount Onboarding & Integration Planning
  • Own project management for account onboarding and integration

  • Build comprehensive project maps and plans for onboarding initiatives

  • Manage onboarding against team capacity, not wishful thinking

  • Track dependencies, risks, and constraints during high-intensity onboarding periods

  • Ensure onboarding initiatives are executed cleanly across multiple weeks or months

  • Bring order, visibility, and predictability to otherwise intense integrations

Executive Project Management & Strategy Execution
  • Partner directly with the COO and CEO on quarterly strategic planning

  • Take QSP initiatives and break them down into workstreams

  • Translate workstreams into detailed, task-level execution plans

  • Drive the execution roadmap across Rev Ops and adjacent teams

  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, capacity, and risk

  • Act as a thought partner in how initiatives should be sequenced and staffed

Rev Ops Project Intake & Capacity Management
  • Serve as the central Project Manager for Rev Ops requests

  • Facilitate prioritization and sequencing of initiatives

  • Control WPMs and initiative overlap to protect execution quality

  • Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic initiatives

  • Ensure Rev Ops teams are working on the right things at the right time

Project Systems & Visualization
  • Own and maintain project management tooling (ClickUp or Asana Preferred)

  • Build Gantt charts, timelines, and visual roadmaps

  • Ensure initiatives are easy to understand at both executive and team levels

  • Continuously improve project planning standards and visibility at WFS

Bottom line:
This is not a task tracker. This is not a junior PM role. This is a dynamic Project Manager who thrives in onboarding intensity, works shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO, COO, and Director of Sales Operations and turns strategic vision into executable reality—without blowing up capacity.

If you want to drive the roadmap, not just follow it, this seat is open.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
