The Job
The Marketing Project Manager owns the flow of creative production across our global brand and content team. This role will act as the operational anchor behind the delivery of high-quality video, design, and multimedia assets that support our four distinct brands. What You’ll Do
Act as the connector between stakeholders, creatives, and deliverables.
Oversee day-to-day creative production operations, managing intake, prioritization, resourcing, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Develop and maintain detailed Asana project boards, custom workflows, templates, and automations to increase team efficiency and accountability. Act as a global Asana SME for the larger marketing org as needed.
Triage incoming project requests and assign tasks based on skillsets, capacity, and deadlines—ensuring visibility and alignment across all stakeholders.
Own the project lifecycle from kickoff to completion: timelines, status tracking, approvals, QA, and delivery.
Manage a centralized production calendar that maps to campaigns, brand moments, and global marketing priorities.
Ensure the team adheres to established creative timelines while proactively identifying blockers, scope creep, or resourcing needs.
Facilitate weekly standups, team check-ins, and reporting cadences to track workload and project health.
Support and enforce consistent creative review processes, feedback loops, and stakeholder alignment checkpoints.
Assist with creative brief development and project scoping in collaboration with marketing leads.
Help build and maintain documentation, onboarding materials, and training tools for Asana and creative ops best practices.
This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties and may be modified at the discretion of Simpro Group.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of project management or traffic coordination experience in a marketing, creative, or agency environment.
A strong understanding of creative processes in a matrix organization—from brand design and campaign creative to video production and social-first content.
Deep knowledge of creative production processes across graphic design, video production, photography, and multimedia storytelling.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
Proven track record building, scaling, and optimizing project management systems — Asana wizardry required (workflows, templates, automations, dashboards).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you're a connector and translator between creative and business teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills — you thrive when juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Ability to manage fast-paced, deadline-driven workflows across distributed teams and time zones.
Calm under pressure and confident in navigating competing priorities and tight turnarounds.
Familiarity with campaign calendars, asset routing, brand governance, and internal review processes.
Comfortable coordinating with internal resources and external vendors or contractors.
