Job Description
The Marketing Project Manager II is responsible for overseeing high impact marketing initiatives that align with business goals to ensure their successful completion. They work closely with creatives, marketing specialists, stakeholders, and other contributors on large marketing campaigns to ensure everyone stays aligned, informed, and focused on delivering meaningful results. This role will also focus on making sure each campaign improves key performance indicators and contributes to broader strategic objectives. This is a full-time position with remote, hybrid and on-site opportunities available.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution
- Align cross-functional teams and individual deliverables with strategic goals
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources; track expenses and guide decision-making
- Solve problems and fill gaps to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Build strong working relationships across teams and departments
- Collaborate with analytics specialists to capture and share campaign insights
- Maintain visibility and alignment through project management tools such as Asana and UTrack
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and budget management
- Proficiency with project management and digital marketing platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and maintain strategic focus in fast-paced environments
