About Glean:

Founded in 2019, Glean is an innovative AI-powered knowledge management platform designed to help organizations quickly find, organize, and share information across their teams. By integrating seamlessly with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, Glean ensures employees can access the right knowledge at the right time, boosting productivity and collaboration. The company’s cutting-edge AI technology simplifies knowledge discovery, making it faster and more efficient for teams to leverage their collective intelligence.

Glean was born from Founder & CEO Arvind Jain’s deep understanding of the challenges employees face in finding and understanding information at work. Seeing firsthand how fragmented knowledge and sprawling SaaS tools made it difficult to stay productive, he set out to build a better way - an AI-powered enterprise search platform that helps people quickly and intuitively access the information they need. Since then, Glean has evolved into the leading Work AI platform, combining enterprise-grade search, an AI assistant, and powerful application- and agent-building capabilities to fundamentally redefine how employees work.

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager / Creative Producer who will strengthen alignment and operational efficiency across the marketing team. This individual is responsible for driving cross-functional efforts for product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.

This role sits at the intersection of projects, people, and process: you’ll orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs that span product marketing, design, content, field marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, comms, customer marketing, and partner teams. Your work ensures accountability and consistency – all while deftly managing stakeholders and “making it happen” in a fast-moving environment. You will bring a relentless focus on deadlines, clear communication, and a sophisticated capacity to understand the nuances of various teams’ workflows, as well as to design and establish new workflows that drive efficiency. This ensures high-quality delivery and seamless collaboration across teams.

We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about AI and is inspired to champion AI-driven transformation wherever possible. The ideal candidate will not only have hands-on experience building AI agents and workflows, but will also bring a spirit of creativity and experimentation to this role – always seeking opportunities to embed AI into workflows to drive meaningful, scalable impact. They should be devoted to continuously exploring and optimizing how AI can be used to solve problems, fuel innovation, and deliver measurable results across ABM campaigns and marketing operations.

You will:

  • Product Launch Leadership: Lead the cross-functional project management process for Glean’s product launches—from pre-kickoff through go-live—aligning teams around shared priorities, workback timelines, and deliverables.
  • Integrated Campaign Leadership: Own project management for integrated, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring that messaging, assets, and execution are consistent and that vertical/persona initiatives hit all their marks.
  • Design Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the design team to align creative strategy with campaign objectives, ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets for all launch and campaign phases, and facilitate clear feedback loops that support brand consistency and effective visual communication across channels.
  • Stakeholder & Timeline Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans (done in Asana today) with clear DRIs, milestones, and deadlines. Track dependencies, escalate or remediate risks, and ensure owners and contributors remain aligned and accountable.
  • Communication: Provide regular, timely updates to all stakeholders. Run campaign stand-ups, manage project documents, streamline communications, and navigate change requests and scope shifts with tact.
  • Quality & Process Improvement: Champion rigor and best practices in project delivery; drive root-cause analyses for missed deadlines, proactively adjust plans, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Post-Launch Readouts: Coordinate retrospectives—gather feedback, report on KPIs, and synthesize lessons learned to improve future campaigns and launches.
About you:
  • 5+ years experience managing complex marketing or GTM projects (preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech)
  • Demonstrated ability to run integrated campaigns or multi-department launches with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Strong timeline/project management rigor—skilled in Asana (or other project management software) and experienced crafting and maintaining workback schedules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage contributors at all levels and drive alignment toward goals
  • Proficient across martech tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Slack, etc.)
  • Diplomatic yet assertive; skilled at holding people accountable while fostering a collaborative environment
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Tenacious follow-through—able to keep projects moving in the face of ambiguity and competing priorities

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
