Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Compensation: Hourly Non-Exempt
Job Description: The Marketing Project Coordinator supports the marketing team by coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables, and maintaining communication across teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This role ensures timelines, tasks, and communications stay on track, keeping projects moving efficiently and aligned with marketing goals under the direction of the Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the marketing master calendar in Monday.com, tracking campaigns, launches, and activations from planning through completion.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and task progress to ensure deadlines are met and updates are accurately reflected in Monday.com.
- Prepare and organize project briefs and assist in assigning tasks under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
- Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, and operations teams to support smooth project flow.
- Schedule and facilitate weekly marketing syncs, record action items, and follow up on next steps.
- Compile and update campaign status reports, dashboards, and key metrics for review by marketing leadership.
- Support process documentation and maintain templates, SOPs, and workflow resources within Monday.com.
- Coordinate vendor communication, purchase order tracking, and invoice submissions for marketing projects.
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and documentation for marketing meetings, photo shoots, and events.
- Help maintain organization and consistency across multiple projects, supporting focus and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Competencies:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or operations; experience in e-commerce or DTC is a plus.
- Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and adapt to changing needs.
- Demonstrates initiative, dependability, and accountability in completing assigned work.
- Collaborative team player who supports alignment and efficient workflow across departments.
- Interest in mission-driven, sustainable, or clean brands is appreciated.
Willingness to travel occasionally for company meetings, events, or retreats.
