Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Programs Manager to build and lead marketing programs and structured growth tests across North America.

This role will be split between:

  1. Retail Growth Programs – Building integrated marketing programs that drive sell-through across key retail partners, including both in-store and online retail channels (e.g., Best Buy, Costco, Home Depot, Walmart.com, etc.).
  2. New Testing & Growth Initiatives – Designing and executing structured test-and-learn programs to unlock incremental growth across emerging channels and partnerships.

This is a builder role for someone who understands retail economics, online retail mechanics, full-funnel marketing execution, and can translate commercial goals into measurable marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Retail Growth Programs: Own and execute marketing programs that drive retail traffic, conversion, and sell-through across both physical and online retail environments.
  • Develop integrated marketing programs aligned to key retailer moments (launches, seasonal events, promotions etc).
  • Support sell-through goals with full-funnel marketing activation plans.
  • Align with Sales & GTM on retail calendars, inventory realities, and growth targets.
  • Support retailer-specific requirements, including co-op programs and joint marketing plans.
  • Build traffic-driving initiatives that support retail PDP conversion (paid media, affiliate, influencer, social, CRM, etc.).
  • Coordinate retail media support alongside broader brand media plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online retail conversion via messaging alignment, campaign timing, and coordinated activations.
  1. New Testing & Growth Programs: Lead structured experimentation to identify incremental growth channels for the North America Marketing team.
  • Identify emerging marketing opportunities (creator commerce, affiliate expansion, experiential pilots, new media formats, etc.).
  • Design hypothesis-driven test frameworks with clear KPIs and investment guardrails.
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute pilots across paid, social, lifecycle, creative, and HQ teams.
  • Build reporting dashboards and structured post-mortems.
  • Present recommendations to scale, optimize, or sunset programs.
  • Develop quarterly growth testing roadmaps aligned to NA commercial priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of experience in retail marketing, channel marketing, growth marketing, or marketing program management.
  • Experience supporting major retail accounts (brick-and-mortar + online retail).
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Retail media ecosystems
    • Sell-through and inventory-driven marketing planning
  • Experience building structured test-and-learn programs.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a global organization with HQ collaboration.

Pay Range
$125,000$140,000 USD
