- Help build repeatable frameworks and processes that improve marketing scalability and operational efficiency
- Support quarterly planning, launch coordination and integrated campaign execution
- Support key retail launches, promotional moments and integrated marketing initiatives across both online and in-store channels
- Coordinate marketing support plans across retail, paid media, creators, content and partnerships
- Align closely with Sales, GTM and marketing leadership on timing, priorities and commercialization strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve retail storytelling, visibility and integrated customer experience across channels
- Identify and operationalize emerging growth opportunities across creators, partnerships, media, and new marketing channels
- Build structured test-and-learn frameworks with measurable KPIs and clear learning objectives
- Analyze campaign and initiative performance and develop recommendations for scaling, optimization, or sunset decisions
- Support growth experiments tied to audience expansion, retail acceleration, content amplification, and new media opportunities
- Help build reporting dashboards, post-mortems, and strategic recommendations for leadership reviews
- Coordinate with internal creative, social, paid media, and HQ teams to ensure alignment and executional consistency
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional accountability across key initiatives
- Support external agency, creator, and partner coordination where needed
- Operate with a high level of ownership, agility, and comfort in ambiguity
- 6–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, growth marketing, brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, or commercial marketing
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and integrated campaign execution
- Experience building and executing structured test-and-learn initiatives
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business impact
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Highly execution-oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, globally collaborative organization
- Builder mentality with a bias toward action and problem-solving
