About the Role

The Marketing Producer is an organized, proactive, and versatile powerhouse responsible for ensuring the successful execution of high-impact marketing projects across our events, content, and product launch calendar. This role is a critical link between the marketing team, cross-functional partners (Product, Sales, Engineering), and external agencies/vendors. If you thrive on managing multiple moving pieces, hitting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs, this job is for you.


About the Work

  • Assist in the execution of brand + marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing content, such as video/photo, social media, and website content.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing, PR events and demos.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, databases, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably within a technology or robotics company.
  • Event logistics experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms and project management tools. 
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as figma and InDesign.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for robotics and an interest in the evolving AI landscape.
