We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Analyst, Revenue Planning to join our team. You will play a critical role in identifying performance gaps, investigating root causes, and generating actionable insights that directly influence business strategy and operational processes. 

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data problems, enjoys working with large datasets, and wants to have a tangible impact on company performance. You'll be deeply involved in shaping how we understand business trends and in driving cross-functional improvements across Marketing, Operations, and Finance. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets across multiple systems. 

  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis on key revenue and operational metrics, identifying issues, underlying causes, and improvement opportunities. 

  • Develop clear, data-driven insights that inform leadership decision-making and lead to measurable business process changes. 

  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and/or Tableau to monitor performance and detect anomalies. 

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking processes by providing robust analytical input and validation. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data definitions, validate insights, and support process optimization initiatives. 

  • Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with strategic business priorities. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, or a related role. 

  • Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience working with large, complex databases. 

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and model building. 

  • Strong experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations. 

  • Proven ability to conduct investigative, root cause–level analysis and communicate insights clearly. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills — with the ability to translate findings into business impact. 

  • Advanced Excel skills for data modeling, scenario testing, and reporting. 

  • Excellent communication skills; able to present data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. 

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience developing advanced dashboards and reporting solutions using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. 

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift. 

  • Experience analyzing marketing funnel performance, contact center operations, or customer lifecycle metrics. 

  • Exposure to revenue planning, forecasting, or financial modeling in dynamic, data-driven environments. 

  • Prior experience working in B2B2C business models is a strong plus.
