Job Summary:
The Growth Operations Specialist plays a critical role in driving pipeline creation and go-to-market efficiency across our Growth team. Reporting into RevOps, this role is responsible for helping to build and maintain the marketing operations infrastructure that powers demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and channel partner/referral enablement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Industry Relations, and Sales to execute campaign workflows, optimize top-of-funnel lead flows, and ensure clean, actionable data flows through HubSpot.
This is a tactical, execution-focused role that blends HubSpot automation, campaign support, and RevOps fundamentals. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution, helping translate campaign ideas into real pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing automation and campaign infrastructure in HubSpot, including forms, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, UTM tracking, ad audience syncing, and automated lead routing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support campaign execution, email nurtures, event tracking, referral flows, and audience segmentation.
- Enable our Partnerships channel by implementing scalable co-marketing and referral workflows.
- Support campaign reporting, attribution, and funnel analysis using HubSpot, Databox, and Domo, aligning with RevOps reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities for funnel improvement across the MQL > SQL > Demo > Close lifecycle.
- Enforce data hygiene best practices and work with virtual assistants to enrich and maintain CRM data quality.
- Assist in developing process documentation, how-to guides, and basic training for Marketing and Partnerships team members using GTM tools.
- Serve as a tactical thought partner to Marketing, helping connect campaign goals to scalable systems and operational execution.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related function, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub (forms, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaigns, lists, reporting, etc.).
- Experience with tools like Asana, Domo, Databox, RevenueHero, HotJar, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Demonstrated experience supporting demand generation and lead lifecycle operations.
- Understanding of campaign attribution, UTM tracking, and funnel reporting.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
- Strong communication skills — ability to translate between GTM teams, and clearly document and explain processes.
- Passion for clean data, scalable systems, and driving measurable pipeline impact.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a lean, resource-constrained startup environment.
- Consistently seeks out innovative and effective ways to improve tools and workflows.
- Committed to continuous education through participation in workshops, seminars, research and conferences.

- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $80,000- $100,000 base salary
