How you will impact the organization…

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing and sales programs. This position is responsible for streamlining core marketing processes, executing campaigns, managing lead flow, data segmentation, optimizing systems, and delivering performance reporting. This individual will also support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) operations by contributing to the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns focused on high-value accounts. The role requires close collaboration with both Sales and Marketing to ensure operational alignment, campaign effectiveness, and scalable growth.


The value you will deliver…

  • Campaign Execution – Support key stakeholders to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital ads, events, and web, ensuring alignment with goals through marketing tools (6sense, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Performance Reporting – Analyze campaign and funnel performance data to provide actionable insights to Sales and Marketing leadership. Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward the goal to stakeholders. Share and coordinate performance with other teams.
  • Data Segmentation – Develop and maintain segmented lists based on behavioral, firmographic, and engagement criteria.
  • Documentation - Maintain process documentation. Monitor, analyze, and create documentation. Document change requests and communicate updates to the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • QA & Testing – Conduct thorough testing of assets, automations, and data flows before campaign launch.
  • Data Integrity - Monitor and maintain data quality to ensure accuracy in reporting and lead/account segmentation.
  • Platform Troubleshooting - Support issue resolution - Escalate issues to the Marketing Operations, Salesforce Development, IT, or web development teams.
  • Sales Enablement Support – Provide Sales with the insights, tools, and campaign materials needed to follow up effectively.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

What you will bring to the table…

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B marketing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or email marketing.
  • 3+ years of Analytics reporting (Salesforce Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio).
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS programming languages.
  • Curiosity & continuous learning.
  • Analytical.

  • Communicative.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the systems and tools available.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Strong and effective organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities.

You will stand out if you also have…

  • Experience with APIs and marketing technology integrations.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance best practices.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategies and experience supporting ABM campaigns is a plus.
  • Certifications in Pardot, Salesforce, or related platforms are a plus.

Additional details…

  • Location requirements: Remote in California, Texas, or Nevada.
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel. 
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
  • Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
  • Eligible for sponsorship: No

The salary range for this role is $78,000- $100,000 USD annually. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
