As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution by managing list imports, approving UTMs and program builds, and maintaining data accuracy. You'll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enforce operational best practices, support lead flow processes, and uphold data integrity across platforms. What You'll Do
  • Scrub, format, and import lead lists to ensure data quality and compliance with targeting standards.
  • Review and approve UTM parameters for consistency, accuracy, and proper tracking setup.
  • Validate and approve marketing program builds (emails, forms, workflows) to ensure alignment with operational best practices.
  • Maintain data integrity across Marketing Automation and CRM platforms through regular audits and troubleshooting.
  • Enforce marketing operations processes, including intake request reviews and adherence to naming conventions and workflows.
  • Support lead flow management, including routing reviews and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Demand Generation teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide QA support for campaigns, ensuring accurate setup and tracking before launch.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing operations tasks and special projects as needed

About You
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of UTM structure, tracking, and campaign attribution principles.
  • Experience with list management, data cleansing, and import processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA skills and a process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy best practices is a plus.
