As part of Snowflake’s Marketing Operations team, you will play a key role supporting the technical foundation for the growth of our automation platform (Workato/Marketo) and leveraging our Cortex AI agents to streamline our campaign operations. You will collaborate closely with Marketing stakeholders from Digital Marketing, ABM, Demand Gen, and MOps to understand the end-to-end business process set up for webinars, events, emails, etc. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, designing efficient data flows, tracking ROI and KPIs, and making API and data integrations a strategic differentiator for our business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable marketing operations processes to support campaign execution at scale.

  • Collect requirements, design integration patterns, and build/test integrations across Snowflake’s MarTech stack to streamline operations.

  • Work with APIs, relational databases, and data pipelines to enable seamless data transfer, cleansing, validation, and deduplication.

  • Develop configurable integrations supporting client-specific field mappings, translations and transformations

  • Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues and advise on best practices

  • Collaborate with IT on platform/API enhancements to support new integration paths

  • Establish mechanisms to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, enabling data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns.

  • Provide support for the creation of campaigns, including the creation of webinars, events, and email automation, to enhance audience engagement and lead generation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Workato or similar automation platforms

  • Experience and understanding of Marketing processes and systems

  • Prior experience working with relational databases and REST APIs

  • Proficiency in at least one object-oriented or procedural programming language.

  • Experience managing data pipelines, including cleansing, validation, and deduplication

  • Ability to translate complex workflows into automated, scalable solutions.

  • Familiarity with API-based data (CSV files, SOAP, databases, etc.).

  • Degree in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience
