Role Overview:
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns while managing the systems and processes that support demand generation. Working primarily in Marketo and Salesforce, this role ensures accurate campaign execution, efficient lead management, and reliable data flow. This position plays a key role in improving operational processes, enhancing lead lifecycle programs such as scoring and routing, and supporting scalable, data-driven marketing performance.Role Overview:
As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role is focused on driving seamless campaign execution and optimizing the systems and processes that power our demand generation engine. You will play a critical role in ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, leads are accurately managed, and marketing data flows cleanly between platforms like Marketo and Salesforce. Your work will directly impact pipeline generation, reporting accuracy, and the overall scalability of marketing operations.
About the role:
Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns in Marketo, including email programs, webinars, nurtures, and batch campaigns
Manage campaign setup, QA, and deployment to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Partner closely with Demand Generation, Content, and Web teams to bring campaigns to life
Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle processes, including lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle stages
Monitor and troubleshoot sync between Marketo and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Support list segmentation, data hygiene, and enrichment efforts to improve targeting and performance
Refine and document operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and repeatability
Assist in building and maintaining reporting frameworks for campaign performance and attribution
Identify opportunities to improve automation and reduce manual effort across marketing programs
About you:
You are highly detail-oriented and take pride in executing campaigns with precision and accuracy
You are naturally curious and enjoy improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working
You collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships with stakeholders
You are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
You think critically about data and understand how it impacts campaign performance and reporting
You have in-depth knowledge building and managing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
Your background includes executing marketing campaigns, managing lead lifecycles, and supporting demand generation efforts
You have familiarity with lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation best practices
You are comfortable troubleshooting system issues and understanding how data flows between platforms
You are knowledgable working with marketing data, reporting, and campaign performance analysis
You are a Marketo Certified Expert or have minimum 4 years working hands-on in Marketo
Base Pay Range: $100,000 to $130,000. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
