About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across our multi-brand marketing organization. This role sits at the center of our marketing engine, owning and optimizing our marketing technology stack with a strong focus on HubSpot. While ensuring seamless data flow, lead management, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment. 

You will oversee the configuration and optimization of multiple HubSpot instances across brands, troubleshooting issues, refining existing processes, and building new automated workflows that improve lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign performance, and implement best practices for capturing data, reporting, and analytics. You’ll conduct ongoing audits of systems and processes, introduce scalable automation (including within Monday.com), and serve as the subject matter expert for marketing. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack (with a strong focus on HubSpot), ensuring systems are integrated and effective.
  • Lead the configuration and optimization of two HubSpot instances with two brands in each instance, both trouble-shooting issues and refining existing processes and building out net new ones. 
  • Develop and implement best practices for lead management, scoring, segmentation, and nurturing, creating automated workflows that support campaign success and drive customer acquisition.
  • Conduct regular audits of marketing operations processes and technologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions to support growth.
  • Manage data integrity and ensure accurate data collection via forms, developing robust reporting and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with broader company objectives and other operations teams (revenue, product, customer experience etc.) to ensure our systems work seamlessly.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing technology, providing training and support to team members on best practices for using tools effectively and maximizing marketing impact.
  • Manage the Marketing’s team Monday.com instance by creating automation that enhances the team’s project management capabilities.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, conversion rates, ROI), delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience in a marketing operations role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
    • Located in EST preferred as this role collaborates with teams in Europe and across the US.
    • Strong expertise in HubSpot is required, including experience with integration, automation, and lead management workflows.
    • Proven track record of both standing up Hubspot Marketing Hub instances from scratch (e.g. setting lifecycle stages), as well as refining existing systems.
    • Experience with Salesforce (particularly the interaction with Hubspot) and other B2B SaaS tools is a plus.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting, with a track record of using data to drive performance improvements. Excel skills are a big plus.
    • Experience implementing and optimizing marketing automation processes to support lead generation and nurture strategies.
    • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience with monday.com is appreciated.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for operational efficiency and data accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.

  • The compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000
