The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

This role will suit those with a clear passion for sport who understand what it’s like to be a fan, staying up to date with breaking stories and always looking forward to the next event on the sporting calendar.

You’ll be an integral part of a team that is at the heart of the day-to-day function of our marketing operations. This full-time position is located exclusively in California and will be required to work weekends and evenings during the week.

Content & Site Optimization

  • Manage and create shareable embed codes through our CMS to support efficient optimization and fulfill sponsorship agreements across owned, operated, and partner sites

  • Ensure all sites are fully merchandised with the most relevant sportsbook content, including offers, odds, and our full suite of sports betting components

  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and internal reporting tools to identify optimization opportunities and ensure top-performing brands are prioritized

Collaboration & Performance

  • Work closely with Commercial teams to review performance and provide actionable recommendations

  • Partner with internal and external teams to enhance component performance and deliver stronger results

  • Respond quickly to partner queries, ensuring requests are actioned promptly and accurately

  • Escalate recurring or high-impact issues to Product and Development teams

Editorial & Weekend Coverage

  • Monitor breaking sports news and produce high-intent editorial content aligned with key KPIs

  • Provide weekend support for CRM and Social teams, including relevant posts and community management

  • Maintain site optimization and merchandising during evenings and weekends in line with the sporting schedule

Quality & Reporting

  • Implement daily and weekly site audit checklists to maintain high standards across all properties

  • Track and analyze component performance using dashboards and reports, sharing insights with the wider team to inform strategy

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of sports betting, either through industry experience or personal knowledge

  • Experience using at least one Content Management System

  • Comfortable working evening and weekend shifts and providing out-of-hours coverage

  • Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to fast-moving situations

Please Note: This role requires full-time, permanent commitment during evenings and weekends as standard working hours. Candidates should only apply if they are fully comfortable with this schedule.
