What you will build and own:
- You will fully own marketing analytics, attribution, systems, and budget performance — serving as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Leadership.
- Design and manage the infrastructure that connects marketing investment to pipeline and revenue. Your work will directly influence budget allocation, growth strategy, and executive decision-making.
- This role is ideal for someone who combines technical fluency (HubSpot + Salesforce), financial acumen (CAC, payback, ROI), and strategic thinking.
- Full ownership of HubSpot and Salesforce marketing integration and data integrity
- Lead lifecycle architecture (MQL → SQL → Closed Won)
- Campaign tracking, attribution setup, and governance
- Lead scoring, routing, and automation logic
- Ongoing system optimization and documentation
What you bring:
- 5+ years of marketing / demand generation / growth analytics experience
- Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, aggregating, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience working with marketing tools / ad platforms / attribution systems (e.g. Google Analytics, FB Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to explain complex results to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working in ambiguity, with evolving models and data constraints
- Excellent communication skills, ability to present to leadership
Bonus experience:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ClimateTech, PropTech, or Real Estate sectors
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- SQL proficiency or experience working with data warehouses
- Experience preparing board-level performance reporting
Salary: $120,000-$150,000 (varied on experience, market rate, and location)
