About This Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who lives at the intersection of technology and marketing. If you love making campaigns work flawlessly—emails that land perfectly, landing pages that convert, reporting that tells a clear story—you’ll thrive here.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll build emails and landing pages in HubSpot, manage publishing in WordPress, and apply your HTML/CSS skills to troubleshoot and improve templates. You’ll also ensure our systems stay clean, our campaigns are QA’d, and our reporting captures how marketing is moving leads through the funnel.

Perfect for someone who enjoys being the go-to for marketing tech and execution, while making sure every campaign is set up for success.

What We're Looking For

Strategic: You see how marketing operations ties into the bigger picture—fueling demand gen, enabling sales, and proving marketing’s value with clear reporting.

Tactical: You roll up your sleeves to build emails, launch forms, spin up landing pages, and troubleshoot HTML/CSS when something doesn’t look right.

Process-Oriented: You bring order to the chaos of campaigns—documenting workflows, ensuring smooth execution, and spotting opportunities to improve how things run.

Analytical: You love connecting the dots in data. Whether it’s campaign performance or how leads progress through the funnel, you can show where marketing is making an impact and where we need to adjust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimize emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot
  • Update and publish content in WordPress (blogs, landing pages, gated assets)
  • QA and send marketing emails, applying HTML/CSS as needed
  • Partner with demand gen and sales to ensure clean data flows and accurate reporting
  • Support campaign tracking, funnel progression reporting, and attribution
  • Maintain process documentation and suggest improvements to our martech stack

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of marketing operations or digital marketing experience
  • Proficiency in WordPress publishing and content management is a must
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort with campaign reporting and funnel performance insights

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B Marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics/Tag Manager
  • Exposure to digital ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
