Help Build the Future of Marketing at Direct Edge Media

Direct Edge Media is seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, generate leads, support sales efforts, and increase market awareness.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to build and shape marketing at a growing company. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and bring fresh ideas that help strengthen customer relationships, increase engagement, expand market presence, and support long-term business growth.

Success in this role means increasing brand awareness, supporting lead generation efforts, strengthening customer engagement, enhancing Direct Edge's market presence, and helping create opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing marketing strategy, creating content, planning events, supporting sales initiatives, managing digital channels, and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Drive Growth & Support Sales

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. 
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue-generating opportunities. 
  • Create marketing campaigns that showcase Direct Edge's capabilities, solutions, technology, and expertise.      
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, case studies, customer success stories, capability statements, and other customer-facing materials. 
  • Research market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. 

Build the Brand

  • Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand presence across all customer, employee, and public-facing communications. 
  • Increase market visibility through creative marketing campaigns, storytelling, and strategic outreach efforts. 
  • Identify opportunities to elevate Direct Edge's presence within key industries, target markets, and customer segments. 
  • Tell the stories that showcase our people, customers, culture, capabilities, innovation, and impact. 

Own Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Manage and grow Direct Edge's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms. 
  • Develop and maintain a content strategy and marketing calendar aligned with business objectives. 
  • Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content that drives engagement and strengthens brand awareness. 
  • Maintain and continuously improve company website content and overall digital presence. 
  • Monitor marketing performance, website traffic, and social media engagement to identify opportunities for improvement. 

Lead Events & Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute trade shows, customer events, open houses, networking opportunities, facility tours, recruiting events, and community engagement initiatives. 
  • Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, vendor relationships, and communications. 
  • Identify opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, industry involvement, and community outreach that align with company goals. 
  • Help strengthen Direct Edge's visibility and reputation within the industries and communities we serve. 

Support Culture & Employer Branding

  • Partner with Human Resources to support recruiting, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and employer branding efforts. 
  • Develop content that highlights employee achievements, company culture, community involvement, and career      opportunities. 
  • Assist with internal communications, newsletters, company announcements, and organizational updates. 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,  Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of marketing, branding, communications, business development support, or related experience. 
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business growth. 
  • Strong content creation, branding, storytelling, and communication skills. 
  • Experience managing social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing initiatives. 
  • Experience creating professional marketing collateral, presentations, and customer-facing communications. 
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and related marketing tools. 
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. 
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how marketing supports customer growth and revenue generation.
