About Homera Health

Homera Health has built some of today’s largest and fastest-growing D2C telemedicine brands. As we expand existing and new market operations, we’re hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, and operations to join us in building the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.

About the Role

Homera Health is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help plan and execute our marketing efforts as we grow. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys owning work end to end, and can move between planning and execution without a lot of structure or oversight.

You’ll work closely with leadership and external partners to run marketing initiatives across lifecycle marketing, paid media creative production, educational content, and social media. This role requires both strong execution skills and the ability to think strategically about how channels work together.

Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives in alignment with evolving priorities

  • Own marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability

  • Coordinate work with external vendors, freelancers, and partners

  • Manage campaign launches, updates, and executional follow-through

Lifecycle Marketing (LCM)

  • Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS, supporting key stages of the customer journey from onboarding through engagement and retention

  • Build, manage, and update core lifecycle flows

  • Partner with leadership to align lifecycle initiatives with business priorities

Paid Media – Creative Production

  • Plan and manage creative production for paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Develop creative briefs, messaging direction, and testing approaches

  • Coordinate asset creation, feedback, and iteration with designers and external partners

  • Ensure paid creative and messaging are aligned with landing page, onboarding, and lifecycle experiences

Educational Content Production

  • Plan, produce, and distribute educational content across marketing channels

  • Ensure educational content supports conversion, onboarding, and retention goals

Social Media Management

  • Own social media planning and execution across priority platforms

  • Develop content calendars and oversee posting and engagement

  • Ensure social content aligns with brand, education, and growth objectives

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on marketing experience in early-stage or fast-moving environments, with direct ownership of campaign execution

  • Exposure to performance marketing creative testing and iteration

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and run campaigns end to end across multiple channels without heavy oversight

  • Practical experience coordinating creative, content, and lifecycle efforts simultaneously

  • Comfortable using performance results to prioritize work and make improvements

  • Proven ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and deliver consistently in ambiguous environments

  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with leadership and external partners

Nice to Have...
  • Experience in health, wellness, or regulated consumer brands

  • Familiarity with email/SMS platforms and social scheduling tools

What’s in it for you?

As full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:

  • Flexible working hours

  • Work wherever you choose.

  • Fun and casual work environment.

  • We are a diverse, global team!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
