The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution for Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role is critical in crafting compelling messaging, enabling sales teams, and driving customer success stories. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and support go-to-market strategies for Microsoft Dynamics solutions and services
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates offerings; refine messaging based on market and audience insights
- Enable the sales team with impactful collateral, playbooks, and training to improve conversion rates
- Work closely with product, sales, and delivery teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs
- Build and execute a customer engagement strategy to increase retention, advocacy, and upsell opportunities
- Develop customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to showcase value
- Drive participation in customer communities, referrals, and events to strengthen brand loyalty
- Create nurture campaigns and loyalty programs that enhance customer lifetime value
- Drive awareness and lead generation through multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital, social, and email
- Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor insights to refine messaging and content; oversee channel performance and align to ROI goals
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or related roles (B2B SaaS, ERP, or Microsoft ecosystem preferred)
- Strong ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging that resonates with technical and business audiences
- Experience with product positioning, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies that drive measurable pipeline
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance
- Passion for helping businesses succeed with innovative technology solutions
