- Manage the development of and refinement of content for all marketing materials, including interviews, qualifications packages, and other initiatives as required.
- Assist with the development of client qualifications packages and the coordination of some client touches in partnership with the Director of Marketing Strategy, Business Development Principal, and key sales team members.
- Mentor and train marketing staff.
- Proactively manage and recommend improvements to the RFQ / SOQ and Interview process in alignment with department goals and objectives.
- Provide awareness and understanding of A/E/C industry marketing trends and innovation opportunities in the spirit of continuous improvement.
- Assist with the implementation of PR strategies and events, including external communications and special event coordination.
- Manage internal communications and corporate events in partnership with Business Services leadership.
- Oversee existing data management processes and provide ongoing strategy and process refinement suggestions for the management of department databases, general reports, metrics, and other internal support systems.
- Integrate market strategy with business development collateral and general publicity efforts.
- Network with consultants and industry peers to develop strategic relationships. Participate in low-level client touches including surveys and debriefs.
- Review all work for accuracy prior to distribution or publication.
- Partner with Graphics to ensure brand integrity.
Marketing Manager Qualifications – The Must-Haves (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7-15 years marketing experience. A/E/C Industry experience required.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite as well as In-Design and Photoshop
