Job Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing and communication activities for the Envista Strategic Partnership Team. He/She defines key communication campaigns, drives brand building initiatives, and collaborates with our operating company’s marketing and business teams to align needs, develop and adapt marketing materials to support Envista’s strategy in the North American market. The Marketing Manager works closely with other Marketing Teams, Creative Designers, Product Management, Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, Training, Events as well as our Strategic Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Align and develop the value proposition for Envista Strategic Partnerships within the DSO space.
  • Execution of the Marketing strategy; process and delivery of marketing content
  • Using thought leadership, ensure alignment across teams and seamless execution of campaigns, cost projections, and optimal standards for user experience
  • Conducts Voice of Customer in order to collect useful and up-to-date information to better inform the strategy
  • Develop engaging content using marketing, sales and campaign materials (e.g. brochures, websites, emails, SEO/PPC, social media, adverts)
  • Define the most effective marketing mix per activity using customer personas (e.g. Strategic Partner(SP) decision makers,  SP office staff, DSO trade show attendees)
  • Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to plan, execute, and digitally-market DSO-focused events and conferences.  Work with finance resource(s) to define event ROI.
  • Envista DSO point of contact for events and end-to-end event coordination
  • Contribute to the annual marketing strategy and budget
  • Gather customer and market information and keep stakeholders up-to-date as appropriate
  • Develop a thorough understanding on how markets operates and its competitors
  • Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance of all marketing and communication materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; ideally in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • 5+ years of Marketing and/or Product Management experience
  • Experience within the dental or medical field is a plus
  • Experience in creating and executing communication campaigns
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
  • Experience in project management with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Business understanding with a strong drive for achieving results

Critical Skills/technical know-how:

  • Strategic mindset and structured personality with a proactive approach to tasks and projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment managing several projects simultaneously
  • Can turn complex, technical information into great marketing content that drives leads and customer engagement
  • Ability to use customer insights to drive journey and creative briefs

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
