Your role in our future
 

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who excels in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to leveraging technology, data, and innovative strategies to drive business growth.

  • Manage implementation, optimization, and oversight of marketing tools such as Eloqua, Google Analytics, and Drift (and others as needed).
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting across CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and data governance to optimize marketing systems.
  • Lead marketing tool projects including integrations and multi-touch attribution.
  • Develop advanced segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs using Eloqua.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to support lead generation through system integrations.
  • Manage lead management, follow-up sequences, and CRM data accuracy to support sales processes.
  • Analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the marketing team and leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to propose innovative marketing strategies.

Your profile

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, focusing on marketing operations, technology, and data analysis.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, with Eloqua experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and integrations across marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams.

This position has a salary range of:

$79,100.00 - $118,700.00

Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
