About Us
Children's Dental FunZone (CDFZ) is a growing pediatric dental group with locations across Southern California, dedicated to making dental visits fun, comfortable, and stress-free for kids and families. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand presence and connect with families in the communities we serve.

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives across CDFZ's multi-location practice, developing and executing strategies to build brand awareness, support patient acquisition, and strengthen community relationships. This is an in-person, hands-on role requiring regular travel to CDFZ offices and third-party locations for events, promotions, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of field marketing coordinators/representatives supporting individual office locations.
• Develop and execute local marketing plans (schools, community events, sponsorships, fairs) tailored to each office
• Build and maintain referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, and community organizations near each location.
• Coordinate new-office openings and re-launch events, including signage, collateral, and local media/press outreach.
• Ensure brand consistency (logo usage, messaging, patient-facing materials)
• Track and report on lead sources, event ROI, and new-patient acquisition by location
• Manage the field marketing budget and vendor relationships (promotional items, local advertising).
• Ensure materials and activities comply with HIPAA, ADA & CA advertising regulations applicable to dental practices.
• Maintain marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials for offices
• Assist with patient referral and loyalty program initiatives
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. – Strongly preferred
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Prior experience in a dental support organization (DSO) or multi-site healthcare marketing environment. – Strongly Preferred
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel daily among office locations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, particularly with community partners and referral sources.
• Proficiency with basic marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), given patient population served. - Strongly Preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent travel by car among locations; occasional evening/weekend hours for community events. – Reliable vehicle for transportation required
• Combination of office, field, and dental-office environments; standing and walking during events and office visits.
• Ability to lift and transport event/marketing materials (up to 35 lbs).
