Marketing Manager

At DeanHouston+, we partner with B2B companies to solve complex business challenges through integrated marketing. As a Marketing Manager, you'll manage integrated marketing initiatives, keep projects moving seamlessly, and ensure every client receives exceptional service while helping bring strategic ideas to life.

What You'll Do

Drive Client Success

  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients through proactive communication and dependable execution.
  • Develop a solid understanding of each client's business, goals, and marketing priorities.
  • Communicate through regular updates, project meetings, and performance discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efforts and enhance the client experience.
  • Partner with key members of the team to bring business building ideas to clients. 

Drive Marketing Execution

  • Manage integrated marketing initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Partner with creative, digital, strategy, and technical teams to keep work moving efficiently and on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations that improve results.

  • Projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.
  • Clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every engagement.
  • Marketing initiatives consistently meet objectives and contribute to measurable business results.
  • Internal teams rely on you for organization, communication, and follow-through.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing or account management, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Experience managing various types of marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms.

The total target compensation for this role will be an annual salary of $65,000–$85,000. Pay will be determined based on location, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant business considerations.
