Job Description

The Social Media and Digital Events Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping  PSI’s online social narrative while driving engagement through both virtual and live, in-person events.

This role combines strategic content creation, design, platform management, community management, and digital advertising with the logistical planning of webinars, and digital/virtual events to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

This individual will work in collaboration with a wider marketing team, design team, and across the business as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to global marketing strategy
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Helps develop the strategic plan for social media channels and digital events
  • Managing day-to-day tactics and overall campaign management in alignment with overall marketing goals and business objectives
  • Plan, organize, and execute webinars and digital events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and stakeholders. Managing vendors where appropriate.
  • Helps develop PSI marketing strategy in support of sales and marketing
  • Monitors and analyzes marketing campaign performance and adjusts strategies, track marketing KPIs and evaluates ROI
  • Manage and maintain PR contacts in industry/paid advertisements/placements
  • Conduct market research
  • Manages marketing team activities across social channels and digital events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • East Coast Location Preferred 
  • At least 5-8 years running B2B social media campaigns (LinkedIn), experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and/ weChat is a plus
  • Experience running digital events (coordinating, content development, post event activity)
  • Event planning experience is a plus
  • Branding experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong writing and editing experience, outstanding verbal communication skills
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at once with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
