Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Marketing Manager to support AI and Data ecosystem activation programs and drive strategic marketing initiatives across global partner ecosystems. Reporting to the Ecosystem Activation Lead, this role will lead end-to-end activation programs, including events, integrated communications, joint content initiatives, and value tracking activities aligned with revenue-driving go-to-market priorities. 

This position will play a critical role in enabling global ecosystem programs, supporting senior stakeholder engagement, and ensuring high-quality execution across a fast-paced and highly visible portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong event marketing, communications, and project management experience, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

This is a leave-of-absence coverage role, currently expected to run through November 8, 2026.

What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end AI and Data ecosystem activation programs across events, experiences, communications, and joint content initiatives
  • Manage integrated marketing and communications activities aligned with ecosystem and business priorities
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of global ecosystem events and activations
  • Partner with business leadership, ecosystem partners, and cross-functional marketing and communications teams
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders
  • Oversee experience design and ensure high-quality and compliant program delivery
  • Support the development of scalable messaging and marketing content
  • Track program performance, KPIs, ROI, and activation effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization across activation programs
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives within tight timelines and evolving business priorities
  • Contribute to change management efforts supporting the evolving marketing and communications operating model

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
  • Experience in event marketing, project management, and communications required.
  • Experience supporting large-scale marketing activations and cross-functional initiatives required.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across matrixed teams required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and program management skills required.
  • Experience working within ecosystem or partner marketing environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting AI, Data, or technology-related marketing initiatives preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and high-visibility environment preferred.
  • Experience within global professional services organizations preferred.
