About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and help support our integrated marketing campaigns for HSA Store, with a focus on both DTC and B2B2C efforts. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in executing and optimizing marketing strategies that drive business growth and deepen customer engagement with HSA Store. You will also help differentiate the HSA Store from competitors, contributing to the creation and implementation of brand guidelines and developing consistent messaging for both DTC and B2B2C channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape and amplify the brand presence of HSA Store in the market.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across both DTC and B2B2C initiatives. Lead campaign execution in partnership with internal teams to ensure all messaging and assets (emails, landing pages, digital ads, etc.) align with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Partner Activation & Planning: Coordinate quarterly campaign calendars and partner activation plans to ensure timely execution of high-priority initiatives across both DTC and B2B2C partners.
  • B2B2C Marketing Support: Collaborate with business development and sales to create targeted messaging, campaigns, and enablement materials that resonate with third-party administrators (TPAs) and employer partners.
  • Creative Development & Briefing: Brief in and collaborate with the creative team to develop assets that reflect the HSA Store’s value proposition and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Differentiation: Support the creation and implementation of brand guidelines that help differentiate HSA Store from competitors, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and design across all channels.
  • Product Messaging: Help develop compelling product messaging that clearly communicates the value of HSA Store’s offerings to both consumers and partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Support test-and-learn strategies to improve user experiences, conversion rates, and ongoing engagement across DTC and B2B2C audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with internal teams and leadership to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and provide consistent updates on campaign progress and results.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in e-commerce or a similar field, with exposure to both DTC and B2B2C marketing.
  • Experience in briefing in and overseeing the development of cross-functional assets, such as emails, landing pages, and digital ads, for both B2B2C and DTC audiences.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies for both consumer and B2B2C channels.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, with a focus on using data to improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, e-commerce, business development, and analytics teams to drive alignment and campaign success.
  • Experience or interest in supporting B2B2C marketing efforts, including creating campaigns and materials for third-party administrators, employers, and partners.
  • A keen interest in helping shape brand positioning and messaging to differentiate a brand in a competitive marketplace.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on concise, clear messaging.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
