We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for HomebuilderONE across the Americas. This strategic role requires an experienced marketer who can collaborate across departments—including Product Marketing, Sales, and Business Leadership—to deliver integrated marketing programs, impactful content, and highly effective events that support growth and visibility in the market. They will work with the Global Marketing Team to create, execute and monitor the performance of demand generation campaigns and all marketing activities for HomebuilderONE. To succeed you’d have excellent project management skills with experience running multiple projects and the ability to collaborate amongst various stakeholders around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the go-to-market marketing plan for HomebuilderONE, ensuring alignment with revenue goals, buyer journeys, and regional priorities.
- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as content, digital, and design, who will deliver much of the campaign activity.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing to align messaging, product positioning, and audience targeting. Serve as the central point of collaboration with Sales, Solution Architects, and Business Leadership.
- Execute demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels including email, paid media, webinars, and ABM tactics. Optimize for performance across the funnel.
- Guide the creation of thought leadership and sales enablement assets—case studies, blogs, videos, and presentations—to support every stage of the buying process.
- Lead the strategy, logistics, and execution of HomebuilderONE’s participation in trade shows, industry conferences, and partner events. Align event objectives with campaign goals to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning. Translate insights into actionable marketing tactics and messaging.
- Track KPIs, campaign metrics, and ROI. Present regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend and revenue goals.

Skills & Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing or related fields.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in business applications
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and events
- Deep understanding of industry event strategy and ROI evaluation
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- A good understanding of current marketing trends
- Construction, real estate, or homebuilding industry knowledge is a strong plus
